Meet Me at the Squaw Valley Wanderlust Festival July 17 – 20 for ChiRunning and Trail Runs
I’ll be presenting ChiRunning and Trail Running Workshops at Wanderlust Squaw Valley this summer from July 17 to July 20. Wanderlust is a unique mountaintop adventure of yoga, outdoor activities, music and nature. Join me in celebrating mindful living with a community of yogis, athletes and artists from all over the world.
Not sure if Wanderlust is for you? First of all, it’s at Lake Tahoe, one of my favorite places in the world. Second, I wouldn’t do it unless it sounded extremely cool. Third, it’s a training party or a party that includes some awesome training opportunities. You don’t want to miss this event. I’ll be all four days but you can zip in for the weekend or as many days as you want.
The folks at Wanderlust HQ put together this video to highlight the excitement and inspiration of 2013. Watch: The Best of Wanderlust 2013
