4 Core Exercises for Endurance Athletes and Everyone Else

Here’s a new video I made to help you come up with some great core exercises that you can do right in the comfort of your own home. I was using a yoga mat because I was on a tile floor but you can do these anywhere: On a carpeted area, right in front of your TV, outside, on grass, a deck or anywhere, anytime during the day.

Hold each one for a set count like 10 slow breaths, or even better as long as you can hold it after becoming slightly uncomfortable. If you start to shake, that’s ok too. It happens to me all the time especially in Boat Pose.
