New Walker Program

 

That’s Right! We’ve improved the program and made it more comprehensive by adding Nutrition and Strength Training to compliment our ChiRunning and Yoga component.

We have also added Walking for Walkers and people looking to get their fitness started in a friendly environment.

We meet at Marina Vista Park by Marine Stadium in Long Beach at 8 AM this Saturday. We meet on the Eliot St. side of the park not the Colorado St. side. There is plenty of free parking on the street. We meet in between the Baseball diamond and the Tennis courts. Just look for the white Sole Runner shirts by the picnic tables and don’t be shy. Ask for Coach Steve.

This Saturday is more about explaining all the new things. Dr Allen Arnette will be giving the first talk of many about nutrition and then we will have a ChiRunning lesson. Of course we will run but we are going to go over how the following 21 weeks will work and it’s different than past years. We’ll start at 8 AM for at least the next few Saturdays.

There is still plenty of time to sign-up and get any of your family and friends for the new season.
