Try Training in Zero Drop Sandals for Form

I think getting a feel for the road is very important. One of the best ways is to run in zero drop sandals. You don’t have to go far. A few miles, 30 minutes can help you change your focuses.

I don’t do it enough but last week I ran 30 minutes in my new Xero ZTrail running sandals. My feet were a little sore after the run. There was a raw spot but it never turned into anything.

Running in Xero or Luna sandals make you FEEL. That’s important.

Many people I coach and ChiRunning followers already have these or similar sandals. If you don’t you can run on the grass for some feel but a few miles nail it in.
