ChiRunning Body Looseners and Four Dynamic Warm-up Exercises for Runners

In this video I show you how to do the ChiRunning® Body Looseners along with four Dynamic Warm-up exercises for runners. Exercise physiologists and sports doctors showed me these exercises over the years and I have incorporated them into my routine.

I do this entire routine before my runs and it has helped prevent injuries, while I have increased my running speed.

Body Loosensers

Shake Out Your Ankles
Ankle Circles
Knee Circles
Hip Circles
Pelvic Circles (aka. Hula Hoops)
Spine Rolls
Shoulders and Upper Back (aka. Arm Swings)
Pelvic Rotation (aka. Shakrias)
Spinal Twists

Dynamic Warm-up Exercises

Leg Swings
Half Squats
One-legged Three Point Touches
Stationary Lunges
